Impact Landscaping was founded by longtime friends and co-founders Ben Coogan and Kevin Mannix, who began their journey working landscaping jobs during college breaks. In the winter of 2018, while completing a last-minute leaf cleanup before Christmas, a satisfied customer remarked, “Wow, you guys make such an impact—you should call yourselves Impact Landscaping!”
That moment planted the seed for what would soon become a thriving business.
As demand for their services grew, Ben and Kevin officially launched Impact Landscaping in March 2020. Starting with minimal equipment and no truck, they worked tirelessly to build their business from the ground up. Now, heading into year six, Impact Landscaping has expanded into a multi-truck, multi-crew operation, providing top-quality landscaping services for both residential and commercial properties.
